The Action Flow Activity tab

This feature is only available in Action Flows published after 19th September 2024.
The activity tab offers step-by-step data on your Action Flow.
The activity tab is only shown for published Action Flows, it is not available for draft versions. This tab shows a step by step breakdown of how many customers have entered each step of your Action Flow.
The "triggered" count reflects how many times a given trigger has run, a single trigger can send Action Flows to multiple customers via segments, filters or tags. The "started" count reflects how many customers have entered the Action Flow.
Detailed information on the result of your cards is displayed.
For card-send steps, additional data is available about how customers interacted with the card.
