Outbound requests​

Outbound requests made by Atomic for outbound webhooks and Send Request steps in Action Flows will originate from one of the static IP addresses below.

Outbound requests support TLS 1.2 and higher, with the specific version negotiated with the destination server.

IP addresses are subject to change, and any updates to static IP addresses will be notified in advance before the change takes place.

Inbound requests​

IP addresses for inbound requests to the Atomic API are elastic and may change without notice, including IP addresses for API trigger and webhook trigger endpoints for Action Flows.

Inbound requests to Atomic support TLS 1.2.

Egress firewall rules for accessing the Atomic API should use the following DNS names:

  • https://$ORG_ID.customer-api.atomic.io
  • https://master-atomic-io.auth.us-east-1.amazoncognito.com
